Legal Issues Surrounding Invasive Species Management (The National Sea Grant Law Center would like to propose a webinar on the some of the current legal issues surrounding invasive species management. This might include the USARK decision impacting the scope of the Lacey Act, Western state legal coordination efforts regarding WID, and ballast water if VIDA is still a live issue. I’m open to other suggestions for topics as well. I’d probably propose a slot of three speakers, maybe myself, a representative from a state AG office, and maybe a FWS if they’d be free to talk about changes since USARK.)
